Katie, a Jonesboro native and ASU graduate, co-founded The Polish Agency alongside her lifelong friend, Lindsey Bowman. With a passion for efficiency and maximizing results, Katie is known for bringing creative, out-of-the-box ideas to the table and developing smart solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Originally from Cabot, AR, Taylor graduated from Arkansas State University in 2024 with a degree in Strategic Communications and a minor in Marketing. Since joining the Polish team in the summer of 2023, she has grown from intern to full-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Director.
Taylor combines creativity with strategy to help clients show up online with intention. From concepting content and designing visuals to managing social media accounts and supporting digital campaigns, she brings each brand’s voice to life in a way that feels fresh, engaging, and effective.
When she’s not polishing your online presence, Taylor is either on the road, at Starbucks, on a walk, or at some sort of Razorback game!
Cory Originally from Paragould, Arkansas, Cory Porter graduated from Greene County Tech in 2011 before continuing his education at Arkansas State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2015. With more than a decade of experience in the marketing industry, Cory joined Polish in June 2024 as the Digital Marketing Manager. In his role, he oversees social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and website coordination, helping businesses strengthen and elevate their online presence.
Outside of work, Cory enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Lauryn, have been married since 2021 and are proud parents to their son, Benji, who was born in 2022.
Meet Ashley, Graphic Designer & Account Manager for The Polish Agency and the Swiss Army Woman of the marketing world!
Originally from Terrell, Texas, Ashley graduated from Harding University with her BFA Graphic Design in December of 2023. She was actually a Mechanical Engineering major for her first 3 semesters, before switching to Graphic Design and completing it from start to finish in only 6 semesters. Mere months after graduating, she permanently moved from Texas to Jonesboro, AR.
If you think those are pretty bold moves, you’d be right! Ashley isn’t afraid to try new things, and goes whole-hog into anything she sets her mind to; if there’s anything to be done, she will find a way to do it. The same goes for her work as a Graphic Designer & Account Manager! As a passionate, determined, multi-disciplinary lifelong artist, she brings a wide (and ever growing) range of skills and applicable knowledge to the Polish table.
Juan Hi, I’m Juan! I’m from Jonesboro, Arkansas, and a Marketing major at Arkansas State University. I work as a Social Media Assistant at The Polish Agency, where I help with content creation, trend research, and bringing creative ideas to life.
I’ve always appreciated how social media can showcase one’s creativity and talent, which is what drew me to marketing in the first place. Outside of work and school, I make videos displaying local and popular experiences in Jonesboro: “Juan Try”, spending time with friends, or trying to keep up with pop culture trends the internet comes up with!
As Web Developer, Josh Chandler takes on the responsibility of several webdev related tasks. Some of those include development of new client websites, website maintenance for client websites, and in general, the doer of incoming webdev related tasks. Josh completes these tasks with a variety of tools and software along with his knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and other web related programming languages. Josh has over 15 years of experience as a web developer in an agency setting and has a passion for what makes a website tick. This includes the technical items on the back-end but also what is seen by visitors of a website on the front-end.
Originally from Costa Rica, Rey Alpizar brings years of experience in luxury real estate photography and high-end corporate event coverage to The Polish Agency team. As a photographer and videographer, Rey is known for his ability to use light in a way that creates elevated, polished visuals with a luxury feel. His passion for portrait photography shines through in his work, helping clients feel confident and authentic on camera.
Fast, efficient, and highly creative, Rey collaborates with The Polish Agency on commercial video production and branding photography, while the agency provides branding direction and creative oversight to bring each vision to life.
Outside of production days, Rey also proudly serves as The Polish Agency’s lead golfer during charity golf tournaments and fundraising events.
